I’m Melissa Meinke Krueger.
I'm a Brand and Business Strategist with corporate, B2B, and non-profit experience. My zone of genius is seeing the big picture and understanding the moving parts, then streamlining them so they work together toward the outcome you're looking for.
I look at every piece of the business, brand, or non-profit I'm working with, partner with my clients to think through the real options, and then narrow it down to the few most important steps that actually get results.

My Journey
I started my career in engineering, because I love solving problems and bringing teams together to build a solution.
The customers always intrigued me most. Were we meeting their needs? What did they actually want? How might we help in ways we hadn't thought of yet? I made a career shift into business strategy and marketing to get closer to what mattered most to me:
Solving real customer problems.
Over 25 years in corporate marketing and innovation leadership, I built strategic marketing functions from the ground up, turned around underperforming teams, and helped shape the strategy boards heard, technical work, commercial strategy, marketing plans, go-to-market, whatever the moment called for. I've been in the manufacturing plant and the boardroom on the same day, and I've learned that the real work usually happens somewhere in between.
I've also consulted with non-profits and served on several boards, always circling back to the same thing: helping people cut through the chaos and find a few simple, doable steps forward.
I live to tackle the big, hairy issues that keep you up at night. I'll help sort through the chaos and identify a few, simple steps forward to get you moving and get you results.
